Bachelor of Islamic Studies with Honours at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia is a four-year undergraduate programme that provides comprehensive education in Islamic knowledge and scholarship. The programme offers several specialisations, including Shariah, Dakwah and Leadership, Philosophy and Usuluddin, Al-Quran and Sunnah, as well as Arabic and Islamic Civilisation.

The curriculum integrates classical Islamic sciences with contemporary perspectives, covering jurisprudence, theology, Quranic studies, Hadith, Islamic thought and Arabic language studies. Students are trained in critical analysis, research methodologies and ethical leadership through structured coursework and academic projects.

Graduates are prepared for careers in Islamic education, religious administration, community leadership, research institutions and related sectors, and may pursue postgraduate studies in Islamic studies or allied disciplines.
