Bachelor of Science with Honours (Biotechnology with Food Management) at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia is a four-year undergraduate programme that integrates biotechnology with food industry management. The curriculum combines core subjects in molecular biology, microbiology and bioprocess technology with food science, quality management and food safety systems.
The programme emphasises the application of biotechnology in food production, product development and quality assurance, alongside managerial and entrepreneurial competencies. Students also complete a final-year research project to strengthen analytical, technical and strategic skills.
