Bachelor of Science with Honours (Microbiology) at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia is a four-year undergraduate programme that provides comprehensive training in the study of microorganisms and their applications. The curriculum covers core areas such as bacteriology, virology, mycology, immunology and microbial genetics, supported by laboratory-based practical training and analytical techniques.

The programme emphasises microbial identification, laboratory diagnostics, biosafety and applied microbiology in health, industry and environmental contexts. Students also undertake a final-year research project to strengthen scientific investigation and experimental skills.
